He is dismissive, rude, and condescending with anyone who isn’t “using his time wisely.” He stated he was unfamiliar with Verizon Business accounts, yet did not allow anyone else to him. He also made unnecessary commentary regarding speaking Spanish with my family member. The entire experience was unacceptable. Most of Verizon’s in-store reps are sales-based and I respect that, however; you’d expect if you’re working in customer service you’re main goal would be ensuring the customer’s need are met. WRONG. After minimal effort to comprehend and aid my issues with my Business account — I made the decision to leave Verizon after being a customer for around 17 years. Do better Verizon.

Two employees told me it was not possible for my unlocked galaxy S8 plus to work on the Verizon network. They were quite mistaken. I went to the Samsung Experience Center in Best Buy and they had no trouble activating my phone. The experience and help I received in Best Buy blew Verizon away. I will no longer bother going to a Verizon store as they are clearly incompetent.
