Tre was fantastic help in not only listening to my 'woeful yet ridiculous tales' regarding my current mobile carrier prompting my desire to switch to Verizon. He was very forthcoming about what was required and how to (hopefully) get it from Xfinity without incident. Very pleasantly surprised at the high-level of service, knowledge and care from the mobile store employees! Definitely switching, now. Cannot recommend enough!

Two employees told me it was not possible for my unlocked galaxy S8 plus to work on the Verizon network. They were quite mistaken. I went to the Samsung Experience Center in Best Buy and they had no trouble activating my phone. The experience and help I received in Best Buy blew Verizon away. I will no longer bother going to a Verizon store as they are clearly incompetent.
