Helpful staff but ridiculous policies. I wanted to drop off my Apple Watch for a battery replacement. Of course they have to make something difficult and annoying for the customer. I was told I needed to schedule an appointment later in the day and come back. I’m standing there with the watch in my hand wanting to just drop it off and pick it up when it’s done. That’s not how their system works. They would prefer to inconvenience the customer so I won’t be spending my money there.
