The Geek Squad repaired my laptop but wiped all my files in the process. This is a big problem. They say I 'signed off' on this in the repair agreement but it was never explained to me that this was a probable occurrence. I wouldn't have signed anything if it had been explained properly. Never again.

Extremely rude staff. I came in to ask for help with a problem I had for a product I purchased. Every staff member I spoke with refused to help and acted angry like they hated their job, from the man stationed at the front door to the woman at checkout. The worst customer support experience I have ever dealt with. I left with no resolution to my issue.
Great customer service!! I was made aware the 2guys that helped us wasn't even scheduled to be there today.They both went over and beyond to help us,and at one point it was an item we had to inquire about with the Mgr and he as well was very pleasant and helpful,an item was placed on the wrong peg and because of that he gave us the price it was hanging on which was a lower price.They made sure our cases fit our phone, made sure there was no air bubbles in our screen saver,just overall A1 service.

7:15am Thursday - Found Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones on Best Buy website (from them, not a 3rd party) for $236.99. Store not open until 10am.
Condensed:
Store opens at 10am, arrive to purchase. Employee locates headphones and price says $299.99 on shelf. He verifies on BB website, shows black version $277.99 in store. Show him screenshot from 7:15am for $236.99, says maybe price changed or was from 3rd party. I’m mad, but decide I’ll buy anyways. Get to register, scans as $299.99. Tell register employee the employee who helped said $277.99. He doesn’t believe me at all and says must be from 3rd party. Explained he showed me in-store for $277.99. I find employee in store who helped, comes to register to tell other employee he found them on website for in-store (black version) for $277.99. Get told “I’m sorry, do you still want them? (At $299.99)”. NO, I don’t. I wanted them when they were posted for $236.99 IN-STORE, then after the price increased, I decided I’d still purchase despite them price matching THEIR OWN PRICE! Now it’s even more?! I was trying to SUPPORT A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE instead of Amazon. I could have got these off Amazon for the same price $299.99 AND HAD IT DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE. It would have saved me all the headache and them not honoring either price (screenshot or what I was told less than 2 minutes earlier from an employee).
