    Worst experience ever. Never going back. I walked in to buy a refrigerator. Ready to purchase. Nobody greeted me. Nobody would help me. I asked for someone to help. Nobody acknowledged me. Welp, Home Depot got my business. I’ve never felt more invisible at this Best Buy store. Not happy.

    I got a good price price on an insignia TV, but when I checked out the cashier didn’t seem very eager to help us carry the TV to the car. After we paid for it he just stood there in silence and didn’t even offer to help carry it out or give us any instructions on how to get it out. It was a large 55” TV! I had to go get a cart on my own and when I pushed the TV out the door another staff member goes “sir! Is that your TV?” “You can’t use our carts!” After I had already tried to take it out he finally came and helped carry it out to the car.

    I love it that I walk in and they're right there asking how may I help you and of course that's after speaking to me and telling me they appreciate me stopping by today! 🤸💃🤩 Now that's a business who knows how to start out making you feel good about being there! I had a great experience! Thank you Best Buy!!!

    Staff tried to sell me a new cellphone that I did not want or need. Product I was shopping for was not on sale. Used item was offered (fair condition) that was visually damaged & missing box, cords & manual. Was able to buy same product new & on-sale elsewhere.
