Apple intentionally locks iMessage to Apple devices, which is why full texting on Windows simply does not exist. There are no public APIs that allow Microsoft or any third party to sync full conversations, message history, media, or advanced features like reactions and edits. Because of that restriction, Windows can only access basic SMS relays over Bluetooth, which explains the missing threads, broken group chats, and inconsistent syncing. Meanwhile, Android allows deep system integration with Windows, proving the limitation is not technical, it is Apple’s closed platform policy designed to keep users inside their ecosystem.

The service sucks. They come up to you based on looks. If you look like you had money they are quick to help. If not you were put on the back burner smh

This Apple Store is Open and Spacious several tables and very organized areas by different types of devices and accessories. Today I wanted to get a new screensaver for my phone. I took a chance on showing up without an appointment. I was given excellent attention by Sehar who actually had to put on the screensaver twice cause the first one was not well fitting. Excellent call! The venue is accessible by a ramp. The venue has wide spaces and is very accessible. The lighting is adequate and tables with the devices are at an accessible height. Accessible restrooms are at central locations in the mall, free van access accessible wheelchair parking in the parking garage in the parking lot shared by all venues. The parking gets very crowded during busy volume times excellent service today.

Plan to spend more money then you hoped on repairs and be countinally told to wait 15 more minutes by an apethetic staff who know you will be waiting 2+ hours after your appointment time because your phone is broken and you have to be here. Horrid customer service with no signs of improvement. If I bought a new phone instead of a repair I would be front of the line like I saw multiple times. Just unreasonable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. The employees did not help customers fairly and seemed to pick and choose who they wanted to assist. We were passed from one employee to another without anyone taking responsibility or actually helping us. We were kept in the store for over two hours, yet nothing was resolved. No one showed urgency, clear communication, or basic customer service. It felt like they simply did not want to help us at all. For a company like Apple, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and respect for customers’ time, but unfortunately, that was not the experience here.
