Had my Apple iPad lost it’s password word and had the tech help me to retrieve and restore the iPad to the newest software version and everything just worked great after her help with the issues and update needed, couldn’t do this without her assistance and experience to get me back on track, great place for help and product support. Thanks again A+

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I bought a brand new pair of AirPods, got them home, the left pod wouldn’t connect to the case. I opened up a repair request to ship them in, but the package was conveniently “returned to sender.” So I drove 300 miles round trip to return the defective product in person. They confirmed there was an issue with the left pod and would have a replacement shipped to the store; HOWEVER, they mismatched the pods during testing and gave me back the wrong right pod, so when I drove the 300 miles round trip AGAIN to pick up the replacement and exchange the defective product, they tried to place the blame on me at first, and then made up a problem stating that it “had a software issue causing it to show the wrong pod even though it was the correct one” (this had never occurred before I brought it in, but fine). They said they would send them off to have them repaired and ship them back directly to me this time. A month goes by, I try to check in on the status (they initially said I would have the repaired product within 7-10 business days mind you), and now they tell me the package is lost and they’ve put in to have a replacement shipped to me. Another week goes by, I check in again, and now am being told my return was marked “invalid” because it wasn’t packaged properly and is now being returned back to me. In order to get it repaired or replaced or to have it refunded, I have to take the product 300 miles round trip AGAIN and just hope that this time it works out. Meanwhile, I bought this product 4 months ago and haven’t been able to use it once. They lied, they messed up, and they expect me to pull all the weight and handle the situation and offer NO compensation or assistance whatsoever. So do not trust this store. Buy your products online and if they aren’t working, JUST RETURN FOR REFUND. Please save yourself this hassle and headache.

Apple is Not the only cell phone company at and consumers Do have a choice. What happened to service? Context: we came in to buy the newest model iPhone with the largest memory. The wait was fine, we start to get rung up and when we reminded him that we will be using our Apple Card and 12 months interest free, he informed us that we cannot do so on our business account, that they “changed” their policy. We were not gonna argue with the man, even though we had it in our cart on our phone before we came to the store. It would’ve been delivered to us same deal interest-free we thought we’d go to the store pick one up. We walk out of the store and take a seat put the same phone in our cart, ready to check out. Not a problem ,interest free, pick up at the store. We go back in the store, and ask another person about it. “Yeh, that’s an online order and although it is an in-store pick up, it probably won’t be ready by the time we close” (an hour and ten minutes prior to closing. What happened to the problem-solving mindset in service? Like, “Let’s see what we can do to pull that for you!” Instead we are treated as if we are buying a burger, or something of little value or price. It’s a flippin’ $1,200 purchase.

This is my third time to this specific store for a repair. Once for air pods and now twice for two different watches with two distinct problems. The Genius reps here are short to diagnose product issues and push for a "diagnostic" fee that somehow costs near the price of a new product. Go figure. This last and final time of seeking a solution, the rep diagnosed it without even investigating the watch. I was succinctly recommended to just "repair" it at the cost of a new watch. No alternative, no other product suggested, and devoid of empathy or explanation for why the problem even occurs. Just turn and burn. The Apple of today is a far cry from the user centric experience they exemplified over a decade ago, and this particular store is a testament to corporate ambivalence to consumers.

Austin was able to fix my MacBook Air in under 10 mins! He also gave me really helpful advice that convinced me to buy AppleCare and the 17 pro max :) Dustin greeted me as soon as I walked in the store, and I saw him in very productive conversations with his customers, to one of whom he sold an iMac! Bing was also very knowledgeable. Great staff here!!
