Was told that because my AirPods are 7 years old they are considered "vintage" and therefore are not eligible to be repaired/fixed or replaced LOL. And that was it. No further help from the two employees. Just a ridiculous charade in pretending that a supposedly cutting-edge piece of technology from 7 years ago shouldn't be expected to still be running in 2026. I own electronics, such as Nintendo video games, that are literally 30+ years old and still run as good as new to this day. Apple, a multinational corporation worth four TRILLION dollars, would rather force its loyal customers to buy new products every 1-3 years than to look out for its customers, help them, serve them, and treat them with respect (you know, like brands USED to). And for the record, there was no water damage with the AirPods, no occasions of being dropped or tossed around. They simply stopped working after 7 years, because that's exactly how a greedy corporation like Apple designs them to be. If you as a company are so bloated, greedy, shortsighted, and have lost the plot so greatly over the years that you are no longer willing to repair your products that aren't even a decade old, what does that say about your company's integrity and ethics? Apple is a joke in 2026. Ol' Steve Jobs would really be proud... Thanks for nothing, Apple employees. Hard pass here 👎 👎

We went here to buy a new iPhone for my son. He picked one out and before we paid for it they activated it on our carrier. But then there was a problem because he had money loaded in his apple account from a gift card. Well it turns out that apple does not allow this money to be used for in-store purchases. It would have to be done through an online order. But we didn't have time to do that. So because they activated the new iPhone he was not able to purchase because of a ridiculous policy his old iPhone had been deactivated. The manager with a beard came to help the salesperson we had been assigned. He sat down and called att and was going to hand me the phone to go through the process to reactivate my son's old iPhone. On the way out the manager said I guess that's all we can help you with today! So after over an hour we left the store with no new iPhone and then had to go the the att store to get is phone back on their network. Over 2 hours wasted for nothing but stress and frustration.

In and out with my purchase in 15 minutes. I tried scheduling a pick up but kept canceling it through the apple website. Walk in was welcomed...if you making a purchase be sure to ask them about free parking. They do offer unlocked iPhones as well unlike Best Buy

For being in the middle of Broadway this place is still a pretty great experience. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. They have assisted with product purchase but also trouble shooting or fixing issues Ive encountered with my Apple products to my great satisfaction.
