My phone completely died while I was traveling, and I was honestly panicking, being younger, in another city, with no phone… not fun. Yo stepped in and was a lifesaver. She was patient, calm, and kind, and actually made me feel safe when the whole situation felt overwhelming. Employees like her are rare. She treated me in a way most stores wouldn’t, she went above and beyond, explained everything clearly, and genuinely advocated for me. She went to lengths for me that I’ll always be grateful for. Apple: she absolutely NEEDS to be promoted. She is the kind of person who represents the brand at its best and makes people trust the company even more. Yo, if you’re reading this: sorry this review is late 😂 but thank you again. You truly saved my trip, and I’ll never forget it. 💛

So I called and they said to come in so I can switch iPhone and upgrade to more storage no problem, no fee to do so if within 14 days of purchase. Luke was my helper and he transferred my data and even the phone service seamlessly and quickly. Again, I highly recommend downtown Nashville Apple Store as being caring and helpful. October - We almost didn’t go to this Apple Store in downtown Nashville because of the poor reviews. I so glad we did! I had an iPhone 12 Pro that the screen stopped responding after getting wet. They were unable to fix it, so I decided to look at buying a new phone. The staff that helped us were Julie and Jason. I can’t say enough about their kindness and patience. Would definitely go there again and recommend. Glad we didn’t let the poor reviews sway us away.
