I simply inquired about additional accessories for my iPhone and the guy unbeknownst to me had already charged me for them and didn’t say a word. His excuse was that I did not ask him about the price. Dude I didn’t ask for the accessories, I asked ABOUT them. To charge someone $129 for a case and privacy screen is ludicrous to say the least. Especially after I already told you that I had ordered the materials from Amazon to be delivered today. Then when I noticed the price he said that because he transferred my data to my new phone it would be $50. I usually don’t have issues with cricket, but this is just bad business. Lastly he wouldn’t let me trade my great condition iPhone XS Max in prior to purchasing my new phone. I’ve been with cricket for 15 years and I’ve never heard of this nonsense. I get you’re trying to get a sale, but you’re going to hurt your business doing shady things to loyal customers. Do not go here!
