    All in all it's a good Best buy with good friendly staff who are intelligent and know how to guide you into the process of getting started there plus they have a lot of valuable information about the products that they do sell It's not hard to find And it's a clean store and it's always a plus in my book My granny used to always say cleanliness is next to godliness!!

    Very disappointed with Best Buy and their geek squad. My husband took in an older laptop to have his pictures and documents transferred over to his new laptop. He was told it wouldn’t be a big deal and after waiting several hours, it had only transferred 18%. Then we hit the weekend and Easter and nothing got done. Finally got it back late yesterday afternoon but it forced him to have to reschedule a work meeting out of town that he needed the computer for. Geek squad, you can do better!! no compensation, no discount, just sorry that’s the way it is.

    Was just going to let everyone know about an experience we had with a fridge delivery from BestBuy. When the delivery team arrived, they refused to bring it up the stairs even though delivery instructions said 1-2 flights of stairs allowed. Eventually they said they'd install it if we signed a complete waiver for damage to the fridge or house from them going up the stairs, which we refused. They claimed a new delivery team would come later in the week if we left the fridge in our garage and someone would call us. No one called, the fridge showed delivered. It took 5 calls, with multiple hangups from BestBuy, to finally schedule a return on the fridge. If you're looking for appliances, I highly recommend you look somewhere other than BestBuy. Costco delivery has been a breeze for us in the past, which is where we repurchased the fridge. Wasted our entire Saturday on the phone dealing with this nightmare.

    They kept telling me just a minute and then would then keep going past me while saying just a minute after 20 minutes of overlooking and bypassing me over and over again when no one else was there he said oh sorry I didn't mean to skip or forget about you , what do you need , I finally got tired of being neglected and then left after being quoted a large price on the product I wanted which came without any service practicall I left
