Literally just needed to replace ONE MISSING AirPod and they wanted to charge me almost the same price as just buying a new pair. Absolute rip off and a scam. On top of that the code they give doesn’t work and it charged me $36 for being in the parking lot for 36 minutes

Just got ticket for parking, however they print vouchers for free parking in garage. The metropolis says it will give you only 10$ discount not free anymore.

Everytime I try to call to talk to someone in the store I get transferred to Apple support. Then get told I need to call the store. Then get told I’ll be transferred. Then I get hung up on. Helllppp.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I purchased some new headphones, payed for them, and because the employee accidentally selected, “ship to my home address” I now have to wait an additional three days for them to ship to my house.

Don’t take your broken devices here. The person who spoke with me and ran the diagnostic told me that my phone was broken beyond repair, and that photos, videos, etc that I hadn’t backed up were lost. She told me my best bet was to just buy a new phone (but mine was so new I was still paying it off.) I took the phone to Capital City Computers and they fixed it, and restored the “lost” data, without any issue. Take your broken devices somewhere else, they may mean well but the employees here don’t really know how to help you.
