    Ordered a new phone for local pick-up and checked on it several times with a "Still Processing" status - to then receive a "Canceled Due to Not Picking Up Your Phone By 26 Nov". I lost 7-8 days, hours on hold or chat and a few extra dollars at checkout somehow.

    No workers to help me. as soon I walked in 5 minutes before my appointment the person that walked in in front of me got helped first. Don’t go here for any help. There won’t be any workers to help you.
