  Everyone i came in contact with that worked there was super nice and helpful, didnt try to sell the most expensive thing to me but actually told me about the one I wanted to buy.

  I made my first online purchase from Best buy on the 23rd of March. 2-day shipping. They got both my address and email wrong even after verifying. mailed my product to the wrong address. after the first call we got everything straightened out The issued a replacement which was canceled because I didn't respond to the email that the team never sent according to the second person I talked to that was yesterday I called again today after still not receiving an email because the girl who was going to escalate the case couldn't send an email. went through the same exact process the third time they were going to escalate it, They didn't!Ifinally hung up after,the rep kept explaining to me how the system worked and I said acrually, no, that's how it doesn't work. Now, look at all my reviews and find another one star review. Good luck with that one! Best buy; You dropped the ball on this one! thanks a lot for costing me five business days. I trusted you twice shame on me. most likely I will add to this review how you handle this moving forward will depend on how and to what extent!

  We came here to purchase a couple new Samsung phones and some accessories. Billie from Samsung at this Best Buy is AMAZING. She was professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. If you are ever buying a Samsung product or phone she's your go to girl! Thanks Billie for the top tier customer experience! Will definitely be coming back and getting more products from her!

  Visted the Best Buy in Murfreesboro Tennessee and the entire staff were extremely helpful and courteous. This is the type of professional customer service that doesn't seem to be abundant anymore.

  We purchased a washer March 2, 2026. We told the salesperson we wouldn’t be home until after 4:00 on the date Best Buy picked for delivery. He told us we could pick a delivery timeframe, so that would be fine. I received a call saying they would be there between 8:00 and 12:00. I told them we wouldn’t be home; they said they added to the notes to deliver after 4:00. Next day, I got a text saying they would be there between 8:00 and 12:00. I texted back and they assured me the notes said to come after 4:00, but the automated system automatically sends the original timeframe. Morning of (I’m at work), I get a message at 8:15 saying they will be there at 8:35. I had to get my father-in-law to rush over to our house to accept the washer. Best Buy needs to make sure their salespeople and phone representatives are honest. When I looked online, there was no way to pick a time, it says 7:00 am-7:00 pm timeframe for deliveries. I do not appreciate being lied to and having to take advantage of a family member because Best Buy couldn’t do what they said they would do.
