I went in to add a line to my service for my daughter, and we were having a lot of issues with the phone being locked. I honestly didn’t even realize what was wrong, and it felt overwhelming. The team was incredibly patient, helpful, and determined. They worked together and refused to give up until they found the best solution. Not only did they fix the issue, but my daughter ended up being blessed with an even better phone. This week has been extremely hard for me due to the passing of my mother, and I walked into the store already feeling emotionally overwhelmed. The kindness, compassion, and teamwork they showed meant more than they will ever know. They didn’t expect anything in return — they were just genuinely helpful. Because of this experience, I’m staying with Verizon forever. That small encounter will stay with me for a lifetime. I’m beyond grateful.

On a separate visit, Caitlyn assisted me with programming my new phone upgrade, and she was patient and efficient. Patrick was also very nice and helpful when it came to getting the right accessories. Overall, excellent customer service all around.
