Currently I am on hold for the past 1 hour and 18 minutes and counting because the Mount Juliet Manager will not text me back (he gave me his personal #) to confirm he took care of his mistake. I turned in my 5g home internet on October 10, 2025 and Dalton gave me a "Return Receipt" to show I returned the product. I thought all was good. A week later, 10/17 Mgr Dave kept trying to access my Verizon account WITHOUT calling me. Of course I "denied" and called Verizon thinking it was a scammer. Turns out, it was Mgr Dave trying to return my 5g home internet from a week prior! In the meantime, I am getting emails from Verizon reminded me to turn it in. I did! I texted a photo the receipt to Dave and he even admits to seeing me in the branch. Dave assured me that he will communicate with me to let me know when it has been addressed. Nothing. Now I am currently on hold for the past 1 hour and 22 minutes. I have a receipt to show I turned in the product! This is a colossal waste of your customer's time and beyond frustrating. I should have gone to ATT or TMobile.

No calls to customers about issue then u goto store get final excuse . I've called and showed up 6 times to discuss this issue. Then final excuse is Verizon ignoring pissed off customers.
