- PIPerry IngramSep 4, 20251.0We bought an expensive surround sound system a little while back from Best Buy and the Geek Squad. We added a new tv and contacted the Geek Squad to come out and connect everything. We had everything working except we were having to use 2 remotes. They sent out 2 guys and not only could they not do it, after they left our tv shut down. Called Geek Squad and they said it would be 2 weeks before they can fix it. Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY Or GEEK SQUAD AGAIN. Representative for Geek Squad hung up on me. 👎🏻

- NNNickMay 11, 20171.0Took my laptop there it was having issues with crashing, and a hard drive problem, first they said it'd take three days, 3 days turned into over a week, (which I wouldn't have minded if they ACTUALLY fixed it) when I finally got my laptop back it looks like all they did was give it a factory reset because i was still having all but one of the same problems when I started it back up when I got home. If I could rate zero stars, I would.
