Washer was on the blink. Went to Home Depot and bought one but they would not unstack my dryer and washer to add the new washer on the bottom no way I could do that myself. I took a chance and stopped by Best buy.
What a wonderful experience, Rusty took very good care of me. He was able to get me the same washer but at a better price, and was able to unstack and restack my new washer and haul the old one away😊 He was a rockstar, thank you Rusty!!
Marco's and John, my delivery drivers and installers were excellent. They were on time, friendly. Knowledgeable, and got the job done quick and with a smile. Such nice guys.
So Home Depot and Lowe's will not unstack and restack your washer/ Dryer! If you need that service, Best buy will do the job and haul it away, kudos to Best buy and their staff

They do not have the necessary option to speak with someone on the phone that is in the actual store. We wanted to find out if they had the item we were looking for, from a staff member in the store who would be able to see and touch the product itself, before we took the expense of time and money to drive there.

These people are beyond incompetent. Wasted 40 mins of my break just to tell me I needed to spend more money. I purchased a lifetime warranty screen protector and went back for a replacement like I have countless times and they tried to say someone returned my screen in may when it’s clearly still on my phone and I’ve gotten it replaced multiple times since then so they tell me I have to purchase another one. WHAT IS THE POINT OF SPENDING 30$ ON A SCREEN PROTECTOR For the warranty if you people cant do your job right and do a replacement instead of a return. Your better off getting your screen protector at your phone carrier.

Can corporate or management please explain to me why every single time I go here there is only ever one register open?
I just had to wait on two grown men decided which Pokemon box set they wanted because their behind the counter and I'm trying to get to a wedding. I asked the register if I could just check out and he just gave me a thousand yard stare like an complete idiot. Then the adult weirdo started charging at me saying he wanted to fight me because Pokemon is apparently more important than me? All the nearby employees just watched eagerly like it was about to be a free UFC fight.
I finally had to walk away and make a scene and scream at the top of my lungs to ask if there's another register. I screamed is there a manger. I screamed is anyone besides this one guy behind register even working here. At least 30 employees magically walked out of literally nowhere offering to check me out.
My real question is, 30 people on the floor who can't be found when you do need them but basically no registers? You know that thing that keeps the brick and mortar funded so you can have a job? It explains why your selling lawnmowers now..
Do a better job management. Hell, you had more people looking at the camera screens by the front door than people checking customers out. Yes, that is fact. You're clearly bad at your job and I hope your replaced soon because this customer is officially done with Worst Buy.
