  Friendly service and helped explain to me differences in the tvw. Didn't try and overall me based 9n my neednfir a low end tv for a guest area.

  Went to get iPad case...haven't been to this location before but staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will go here again for any future needs.

  OK, Best Buy. You should treat every customer with respect and not waste their time. I just want to make it clear to others how you treat longtime repeat customers. I went to my Best Buy account, since sometime in 2019 to now, I have spent $23,358.51 dollars at Best Buy. Look it up and prove me wrong…. That does not include household spending of which is on my Sig-Os’ account. You shipped me a damaged product, your trusted partner gave me no time to send in photographs and you hide behind social media as your “customer service.” Sorry, I forgot about the immense help your chatbot gives… Anyway, I guess this kind of garbage service works for ya, but not for me. It was nice while it lasted. Cheers

Buying a high-end smartphone is a big investment, and Kam made the entire process seamless and actually enjoyable. She went above and beyond in several ways: ​ Expert Knowledge: She knew every spec and feature of the S25 Ultra inside and out, helping us decide if it was truly the right fit for our needs and all of our cat photos. Lol ​ Patience & Care: She didn't rush us for a second. She answered every "nerdy" question we had and made sure we were 100% comfortable before heading to the register. ​ Genuine Service: It’s rare to find someone so authentic and helpful in retail. She wasn't just trying to "make a sale"; she was trying to help us make the best choice. ​If you’re heading to this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Kam. She is a massive asset to the Best Buy and Samsung team, and we are thrilled with our new phone! ​Thank you, Kam!
