- KOKaren OutlawSep 6, 20251.0BEYOND LAZINESS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE BEEN WITHTHIS COMPANY MANY YEARS AND NEVERRRRRRR HAD BAD SERVICE TILL TODAY 4PM IN STORE TO UPGRADE NEITHER EMPLOYEE KNEW WHAT THEY WAS DOING WHY SHOULD THEY FOR TO BUSY LADY ON HER PHONE JUST AS RUDE TO US BECAUSE WE INTERUPTED HER MAN DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO INPUT TRANSACTIONS THRU COMPUTER PURE IGNORANCE THEN 5PM TIME TO GO WE WAS TOLD A EXCUSE BY BOTH BY THIS TIME I AM VERY UPSET BY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IGNORANCE BY THESE TWO UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES THEY HAVE WORKING THAT KNOWS NOTHING OF WHAT THEY WAS HIRED TO DO MAYBE WE NEED TO TAKE OUR SERVICE TO A COMPANY WHO ABSOLUTELY KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND DO IT RIGHT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS NO EXCUSE FOR PURE IGNORANCE AND LAZINESS

The prices are very competitive and phone selection rivals the big guys. With no contract and truly unlimited data I would never go back. For Morristown there coverage trumps Metro PCS, who has multiple areas with no coverage here.
