- DBdena bNov 11, 20255.0I had a serious problem with my phone today and saw a young guy named Jacob. He was wonderful! He figured out the problem by trouble shooting and ended up fixing my phone in no time. I was thrilled! His patience, attitude and knowledge was top tier. It was so refreshing to deal with an employee like him. Cricket, if you are reading this- give this guy a RAISE!!

But if you are going to enforce a rule, you need to know what that rule actually says... Shelby county ordinance- 2c!!! I cannot medically wear a face covering, so legally am not required to. Unless y'all want to pay my medical expenses I will not be wearing a mask. And because y'all don't understand what you're trying to enforce, you have lost a customer. Would give zero stars if it were possible.
