- TWtaylow40 wstFeb 4, 20261.0Bought a TV in person at the best buy location in memphis in Germantown Rd. Setup delivery and installation for wall mounting. The first delivery date it snowed so it was cancelled. Understandable. Set up a new appointment the next weekend waited all day and it started getting dark so called to see what's going on. I was told it was a scheduling conflict we need to reschedule. Ok I was mildly upset but I set it up for today which is Feb 4th. Got the window of arrival text at 730 in the morning just like the other appointments. Mind u i bought the tv jan 15th. Toward the middle of the day I checked the delivery tracker and it kept telling me no appointment was scheduled. So I call and I was told nothing was scheduled and that my TV is now on warehouse back order. I bought this tv nearly 3 weeks ago. Now all of a sudden it's on backorder? I just ask for a refund and will buy a tv else where. This is beyond ridiculous service! I love best buy everything electronic or appliance has come from them. But it will be a long time before they get my money again. And they wonder why online shopping is taking over. U might as well cause u definitely not getting good in person service anymore.
