I wait 14 minutes past my appointment in line for them to tell me they can fix it, but they will have to order the part which will take them 6-8 weeks to get in and will have to keep my phone that entire time while they wait for the part. Rather than try to fix the issue, they instead recommend I go to their competition where they said I will pay more, but won't have to wait as long. It's well worth the money to pay more to go someplace else.
