  There is a gentleman that works at this location, I was not able to get his name due to the horrible customer service I received yesterday. Last week I ordered online and bought an Icon plus in the color twilight purple. On 12/16/2025 the guy was at the store in the morning when I went to attempt to receive help and later that afternoon. Simply I was trying to explain my situation with the phone I ordered last week. I was very calm, articulate, and specific with how I described my situation with the phone. Every time he tried to explain what should've happened when trying to activate my phone, I told him that those steps did not lead to activating my esim. He was constantly interrupting me, very dismissive tone, defensive, combative and he even tried negging me as if he was trying to start an argument. My fiancé was witness to all of this happening; I was a bit frustrated and confused we both were. I had already been on the phone around 9 that morning with customer service and they told me to go up to the store because they couldn't help me over the phone. He said things like. "Those are your words I wasn't there" after I tried explaining that in order to get into the phone before even activating the phone you have to connect to wifi. "Since you're the expert here and you know what you're talking about" I was still explaining my issue for a third time because I thought he wasn't understanding me. "I don't know why you are trying to go back and forth and argue with me" I was simply asking could he not interrupt me to just let me finish talking. At the end of the first interaction, he ended it with, "I can't help you." The second time my fiancé and I went after 4 phone calls with customer service; I told him that customer service told him that we were supposed to come back up to the store. He threw his hands up and kind of shrugged, tried explaining again. I asked was there anyone who could be of use to us and he said, "I can't help you go find another store." I not only had my fiancé but also my friend with me that also witnessed his behavior. He is a really rude guy and very unhelpful as a worker, I couldn't tell if he was a narcissist, a very lazy worker. I didn't understand if he was reacting that way because we were black or if he had some personal issue going on. It was beyond weird and uncomfortable. Personally, I think he should be fired for taking space of a position that someone else would do much better at. Location 3276 Poplar Ave never again, that guy is currently working at the store today 12/17/25.

  I have such a great experience here with Kai he was so nice, informative, & helpful. Please come shop here at cricket he really makes it u feel like he cares about u. He not a salesman therefore I’ve found my new fav person u should try it too!

  This location is absolutely amazing. The customer service was phenomenal and they had so many phones, plan options, accessories to pick from. I was able to get phones for myself and my kids without breaking the bank and my bill is reasonable each month and there is no contract or hidden fees. Best decision I’ve made on phone service and I will definitely be back.

They took the time to explain all the plan options and helped me find the best deal for my needs. I also got a great phone at an amazing price! The customer service was top-notch — I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone or plan. I’ll definitely be coming back!
