  I came in to speak to the manager. The lady blonde short hair with a pink shirt was so rude on oct 29. She was very dismissive and unhelpful. She kept interrupting me to ask what I needed. I asked her to speak to the manager and she just kept saying what do I need. Then I told her what I needed and she said try again tomorrow. I asked her when the manager will be here. She said she doesn’t know. She was on her phone the whole time and very uninterested. Then the way she was speaking and her demeanor seemed hostile. When I asked her again like “do you know what time the manager comes at all” she’s just like “check again tomorrow. I don’t know her schedule.” She seemed agitated so I was scared to ask her anymore questions. I’m wondering what’s gonna happen if I ask her another question so I just left so I wouldn’t provoke her. I was very nice to her but she was not nice to me. She was no help at all. 0/10 the worst experience I’ve ever had with any customer service and she had the door locked and they were still open. She had to unlock it to let me in. Very odd. Seems like she don’t wanna do her job. She just wanna play on her phone and be left alone.

  On Aug.28 I went to see what was wrong with my old cricket phone n charger..end up making 4 trips..list my charger that he d I d replace..forgot to give old phone back that he took home n forgot to bring back..he was a new employee n forgot a few things that inconvenienced me greatly. I won't be back..I do want to point out the young employee was polite but forgetful n don't know his inventory.

  I just pulled up at 5:50 p.m today to this Cricket store ready to open an account with 6 lines for my company—real money on the table. But instead of being greeted like a customer, I watched a heavier woman with puffy hair literally run from behind the counter to lock the door in our faces. That’s insane. I get that stores have closing times, but the way it was handled was flat-out unprofessional. No explanation, no courtesy—just slammed the door like we were a problem. No worries, though. I’ll gladly take my business (and my money) somewhere that actually values customers.
