  The sales manager provided inaccurate information to make a sell. I assumed that the switch from MetroPCS was an upgrade. Unfortunately, Cricket stated that the LG Fortune was an later phone to my LG K20plus. The plan I was on with MetroPCS included 8gb of Mobile Hotspot and unlimited data. Cricket advised the Basic plan with 4gb and add Mobile Hotspot for 10$. No insurance was offered or added to my account for this inexpensive phone. Service with Cricket (AT&T) is slower than MetroPCS (T-Mobile). After my billing cycle on the 15th ends, I will be taking my number back to MetroPCS. What a waste of time at this store! This was clearly an impulsive decision.
