- GNGinger NelsonJan 5, 20241.0Cricket interrupts my phone and internet service every month about 2 days before my bill is due to force me to pay them before time, in which case I do. This time they did it and I still have no service after 3 days. I purchased my phone 1/5/23 and a sim card was not put in my phone because the sales lady said that it did not have to have one. My phone keeps giving me a message that I have no sim card in my phone and I can only make emergency calls. For the last year the have continued to disrupt my service for no reason each month and now my phone is asking me for a sim card, they never gave me. I contacted customer service and they told me to "just go to Walmart and purchase a sim card, call us back and we can update it with the new sim card number. I asked her why should I go to Walmart when I purchsed my phone from Cricket. I am a very discussed customer who has had to put up with this non-sense for an entire year. Since I purchased my phone the two sales people who assisted my were fired. I will be going into the Cricket location here in Memphis at 4237 Summer Ave today and I hope that they can resolve my issue.
