  Don't use this Cricket location. I repeat...DON'T. My husband went here this morning and got me a new phone. I haven't upgraded my phone in SEVERAL years (5 to be exact) so we thought...why not? I didn't want anything special...just something with a stylus and plenty of storage. My husband comes home with what he thought was a Moto G Stylus 5G. $135 was our cost. $99 for the phone, $25 to upgrade. Free phone case apparently but the salesman did not put it on the phone. When we did, it didn't fit right. None of the openings lined up with the buttons etc so he went back. The salesman tells my husband they had a bad batch of cases and sends him on his way. I suggest trying a different Cricket location to see if maybe they have a "good" case in stock. We find one and the salesman there tells him it's not a Moto g Stylus 5G, its the 4G. Well, no wonder the case won't fit. THIRD trip to the Cricket location on Austin Peay to see why he gave him the wrong phone and blamed it on a "bad batch of cases", and this time he says he accidentally gave him the wrong phone. Um...WUT?! He then tells my husband the phone he chose was $179 and he only charged him $99 for the 4G phone. He apologized and said he'd have to pay the difference, which he did, and gave him the correct phone and he actually put the "free" case on the phone for him this time! Great customer service there! Why didn't he do that when my husband bought the 1st phone? Hmmmm Could that be because he already knew it wouldn't fit? He purposely sold him the wrong phone? What's going on here? We've been a customer of Cricket for I don't even know how long...apparently TOO LONG! And this is our reward. Unbelievable how loyalty means nothing anymore. I'm very upset about this and this is my 1st step at letting other consumers KNOW...BEWARE! And pay attention better than my hubs did...he should have caught this before the trip to the other Cricket location also. It should be a ZERO star option and I hope they approve one eventually.
