I was even greeted at the front door by a gentleman who I assume may have been the manager that Sunday evening. After showing my id I was asked to pull my car up front.A nice young man brought it out and asked me where I wanted it and he placed it nicely on my backseat as I stated ,and I was on my way in less than 10 mins and the TV was exactly as I ordered it online. I appreciate the fast and easy process along with great customer service! I will definitely come shop in person at the location again!

When I asked for help again, I was shocked to find that one employee was prevented from assisting me by another employee, who claimed that another customer had arrived before me, despite my earlier presence. I then approached the manager, but unfortunately, I was met with denial and negativity. The manager accused me of lying, and when I confirmed the truth, I was asked to leave the store. This unfortunate experience reflects clear discrimination and poor treatment, which is unacceptable for a reputable company like Best Buy. I urge a review of these practices and appropriate actions to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
