In-store purchases only do not use the Best Buy app to make purchases the app. Will let you make a purchase of items that aren’t in stock. Don’t try to call the 800 number. It will just run you in circles. They have no authority to help you whatsoever. And if you try to connect on social media, that’s another dead end as they can do nothing to help you. Basically go to another big box store and purchase your kitchen appliances, TVs and other things I would suggest not using Best Buy at all as their customer service is zero. Just saying they responded to this post and I did what they said and zero help. I provided them with all the information they asked for in the social media still zero help also just as an update. If you do try to use the app, do not pay with PayPal as this will initiate an immediate charge to your credit credit card account associated with your PayPal. It will clear your account even before you receive the item that you are waiting for Best Buy not to deliver.

I’m in Memphis for business. I needed to get a new laptop. I saw multiple employees bullshitting around, not helping anyone. They looked at me and scattered. Other customers came in…. Not only did they get greeted but they got helped. I left. If I ever come back to Memphis I would not come back here.

Incredible experience! Cam is the best retail manager I have ever dealt with in my life. I had a problem with a TV. Cam bent over backwards to make things right. All of the team members were very helpful and super nice. If you are reading this, trust me, don't go anywhere else!
