One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Best Buy.
I stood at the checkout kiosk area for nearly 20 minutes, waiting my turn while a cashier helped one customer ahead of us. After finishing, the cashier walked away without saying a word, leaving us standing there like we didn’t matter.
When I finally asked him what was going on, he casually told me that checkout “is not here” and that I needed to go to the checkout at the exit. That would have been useful information before wasting 20 minutes of my time, especially since I’ve checked out at these middle kiosks multiple times in the past.
Completely unprofessional, poor communication, and zero respect for customers’ time. If this is how staff are trained to treat customers, it seriously reflects badly on the store.

I ordered a computer monitor online for pick up. It stated the order would be ready in about an hour. 3 hours later I needed to leave work to pick up the order, I still had not gotten any update from Best Buy. I went in the store and they had one cashier who was ringing up customers, also doing customer service and online pick up. The line was to the back of the store. I found an employee to ask about my order, after about 20 minutes someone pulled the monitor and brought it to my car. The store was very disorganized and very short handed.

I found a good deal on laptop for my 6yr old granddaughter one person in the electric department he was very helpful an another person a floor person they were very helpful an yhe young man in the Greek squard department he was very helpful when i need help with her laptop when i went back on Sunday

I was so thoroughly disregarded and disrespected in this store where I waited over 2 hours asked 4 times to never receive any help eventually ordering online where I had to wait another hour to receive my Property even though I was standing in the store!!! They should really fire the entire staff and rehire because no part of their team was adequate if I was Best Buy corporate id be embarrassed 🤦🏿♂️🤮🤷🏿♂️

With the amount of times I’ve been to Best Buy I guess I was bound to have a negative experience at some point. Unfortunately, today was my day. Christine(or however it’s spelled), the supervisor today, should probably not be in a customer facing position let alone one with a little bit of power. Since my last visit to this particular store a lot of things have changed and while standing in the normal line I stand in, which was apparently the wrong line, Christine, took it upon her self to rudely dismiss me from the line without really trying to be helpful. When I looked at the line she wanted me to stand in, I uttered disappointingly that I might need to go to a different store that’s less busy because that line was ridiculously long. Christine looks at me, laughs and again dismissively says, “you go ahead and do that, you won’t have any better luck…bye bye.” Never in all my years doing business with BestBuy have I had a customer service interaction with such condescending and lack of professionalism. The tone and body language both suggested that Christine on behalf of BestBuy was letting me know she nor the company needed nor cared for my business today.
