  Do not get the Wi-Fi box it's a scam at&t told my my information when I asked for two days and upon the day I was to receive the Wi-Fi box I was told they had no information on me as a customer

  I came in to speak to the manager. The lady blonde short hair with a pink shirt was so rude on oct 29. She was very dismissive and unhelpful. She kept interrupting me to ask what I needed. I asked her to speak to the manager and she just kept saying what do I need. Then I told her what I needed and she said try again tomorrow. I asked her when the manager will be here. She said she doesn’t know. She was on her phone the whole time and very uninterested. Then the way she was speaking and her demeanor seemed hostile. When I asked her again like “do you know what time the manager comes at all” she’s just like “check again tomorrow. I don’t know her schedule.” She seemed agitated so I was scared to ask her anymore questions. I’m wondering what’s gonna happen if I ask her another question so I just left so I wouldn’t provoke her. I was very nice to her but she was not nice to me. She was no help at all. 0/10 the worst experience I’ve ever had with any customer service and she had the door locked and they were still open. She had to unlock it to let me in. Very odd. Seems like she don’t wanna do her job. She just wanna play on her phone and be left alone.
