  I was having trouble with phone. My Sim wasnt being registered in my phone, nothing was working. I went to cricket on Elvis Presley to get some help and Jake was able to help meget service with them and I still kept my old number. And since it was my first time with them I got a free phone as well. I was stressing bad. But Jake helped me out. He did an amazing job and he was patient with me.

  Horrible cricket it's a Mexican fat girl in there with the glasses she is so rude and disrespectful I highly recommend you not go to the store very unprofessional
