  Employees were very helpful and friendly. Crystal, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable. It only took an hour to trade my phone for an upgrade and buy accessories which Crystal put on my phone! Awesome experience!

  I traded in my old phone for a new Google Pixel10X. They were very professional and took time to complete all transfers of data and everything was done completely. They also corrected previous Verizon errors for my auto pay to be taken again. I was very pleased with their professionalism.

  Great customer service - very friendly, knowledgeable, competent and informative. Also, took the time to educate us newbies to Tennessee - to some of the best restaurants in the area! Thanks a Bunch!
