I’ve been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years and have never had a bad customer experience. Until today. One representative was attempting to serve everyone in this store, even though there were others available (and offering) to assist customers. The guy even took our device out of another team member’s hands and sent them away from us. Meanwhile, he was on the phone while trying to speak with us, and was also attempting to process another customer’s return… all at the same time. With 3-4 other employees doing nothing. If he had to be the one to help us, we could have waited longer for his full attention. Eventually, another team member was permitted to assist him, and we were asked about transferring old phones over to the new devices for us. We agreed. When it was time to check out, they tried charging $40 per line for said transfer. This service has NEVER been an additional charge for me! And why wasn’t that disclosed when offering? It’s roughly four button clicks and self guided. $40 per line?! When I questioned the charges, their solution was to reset the phones to factory settings for us to do it ourselves. And they literally meant it. What should have been a fun trip for new devices for my kiddos was appalling. Never again!
The team at the Foothills Drive location? Amazing. Go there. I should have never assumed I’d have the same great customer service anywhere else.

Tate is one of the most professional Cell phone sales people I have ever dealt with. I went to another store that I am currently with and they acted like they could care less about my business. Tate was all business and very easy to work with.

I recently had a billing discrepancy with Verizon and went into this location for assistance. Duston was the sales representative that assisted me and was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about the policies and procedures for billing and went above and beyond to get done what I needed. Extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
