She was enthusiastic in offering help and was knowledgeable in all of the details. When I did the text review which was sent to my phone I made the mistake of marking the first question inaccurately .... I should have marked option #5 (Very Satisfied) instead of marking option #1 ... apologies Ashley... you did an excellent job.🙂👍🏼 ~Rick

Always used the Cricket in Alcoa had to come to this one because they had the phone I needed in stock. These girls were absolutely amazing!! Then a few weeks later I needed to get a new Cricket phone activated for my husband who accidentally ran over his phone and Alcoa store would not help me so rude and nasty horrible customer service they even hung up on me when I was trying to explain to him what I needed I'd be ashamed!! However, once again Ashley and Samia to the rescue these ladies are absolutely amazing!! Once again so thankful for these girls amazing customer service skills and willingness to help!! Words can't express!! Again thank you and thanks to whoever owns this store for hiring such amazing staff!!
