You call Service and you get somebody from overseas who takes 2-3 days to help you and sometimes they never get back to you. I found doing a chat on my Verizon much easier. What is even best is to just go a Verizon store. And they’ll advise you. Other than that I’ve always found the Service good. And if they ever get rid of that Verizon store I will definitely find another company . Their Service is the only thing keeping me hanging on.
