- GNGary NilesApr 10, 20265.0I want to thank everyone at Ragland and Riley for the treatments received over the past 7 years. Our staffy Wilma has had ACL surgery on both legs, vestibular problems, and Cushing disease for 4years. With all the medical issues she lived 14 1/2years. We can't thank Ragland and Riley enough for the outstanding service they provided.

Everybody was fabulous— from Desiree at the desk, Vet Tech Hailey and Dr Amanda Thomas. Vinny had his blood taken got a shot that worked wonders and is doing great on his probiotics. We are very grateful.
- LMLil Ms MacApr 2, 20265.0They have a separate waiting area for dogs or cats (never a long wait). I've been taking my dogs here for years despite having veterinarians much closer. The staff are amazing and I'm always impressed with Dr. Mandel's caring and knowledgeable visits.
- PPPNMar 23, 20265.0When our local vet wouldn't get our sheltie in for an abcess tooth, they immediately saw our dog and did an emergency surgery. They call after every surgery to see if everything is OK. I've experienced one day, while waiting to see the Dr., an emergency case came in and it was all hands on deck to save a dog. I didn't mind waiting because it could of been our dogs. This clinic really cares. I drive all the way from Jamestown and it's worth it!
