I ordered a phone from Verizon, due to me having to be at work leaving my house at 5:30a and not getting home till 6:15p, I was unable to sign for the package although I marked the box that said no signature. After a few days of them trying to deliver, they gave up and sent back to sender. I went into Verizon here in Lebanon a week ago from today’s visit to see if I could exchange my phone there, the guy that was there was unable to help me due to some issues with FedEx, no biggie, I understood. No big deal. Fast forward to this week, I walked in, and Kevin asked what I needed and got me started. I explained to him what was going on and I could tell he cared about helping my resolve the situation I was in. Micah then helped me get my phone, went over payment, and chatted with me the whole time. Overall I had a great experience. Outstanding customer service from Micah and Kevin, they were so helpful, I could tell they had my best interest in mind, and wanted to help me out to the best of their ability. I will definitely be coming back to that location, and hopefully I’ll have them to help me again. It’s hard to find people who do their job and have excellent customer service, so to say I’m pleased with my visit would be an understatement.
