The process of switching over phones and going through the whole process of setting up can seem grueling, but Amber made everything simple for us and kept everything fun during our time in the store. She is very knowledgeable about the products and plans, won't try to sell you anything you don't need and has a very pleasant attitude through all of it. I would highly recommend visiting this store for your phone needs.
