A pricing promotion lured us back a few years ago and I was interested to see if the service had improved. I was not impressed until recently when my husband and I went into a local store to inquire about international travel and the new iPhone that was to roll out soon. We were greeted by Cam in the Cedar Bluff store. He is the most knowledgeable, considerate, and thorough customer service representative that I think we have ever worked with. Verizon would do well to hire more reps like him!
