He took care of our issues, got us switched, and helped others - all while staying so positive and on top of everything. We had two horrible past experiences that kept us from going back the the Turkey Creek store. One was such a bad experience we called after to the let manager know. We were told that that was the flagship store, and basically, we did not have that experience. This is part of why we had not upgraded our phones much earlier. In order to avoid the flagship store I looked up reviews and we are so glad I did. Due to the age of our phones switching was problematic, and took a lot of time, but the entire experience was so much better. This feeling of this store is good and Luther made everything so mellow. Very professional, friendly, and kept us smiling as he went about all he was doing. He is a pro!
