They are not requiring ID and when you report to their fraud department (who are evidently getting a lot of reports) they refuses to fix the issue. Even when you go to the store they refuse to fix the issue. I highly recommend being on alert in regards to anything Verizon related. We do not have, or want an account with Verizon, but now they refuse to stop calling us "Customers".
