My wife has spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon because the staff at the store said they couldn't help her unless she came to the store with our 2 toddlers and stood there for hours. According to Verizon the store incorrectly processed the return of our old phones, did not apply the promotions we were promised to the upgraded lines and the $200 credit we were promised is not something they were even allowed to do. Basically they will tell you anything to get you into one or more new devices then you get to sort out the details on your own. We won't be back. We're 15+ year Verizon customers and were about to walk away due to this location.

Pigeon Forge … Maryville… anywhere near Knoxville… you gotta go to this store. (Knoxville, Chapman Highway, Verizon store) I just took a trek to many other wireless brand stores… many times only 1 person… when I entered here about 5 extremely professional and energetic Workers! My guy was Jay! Jay smiled … greeted me with a how can I help you! He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable! His attention to detail was impressive. Well spoken, truly a strong communicator. Everyone I spoke to showed a warm, caring, and energetic spirit. After all the other wireless company stores I visited with only 1 worker and 4 or 5 customers waiting… Verizon’s Customer Service cannot be beat. Jay and everyone else thank you deeply for a truly exceptional experience!!!

- AMAlicia McClaflinOct 8, 20251.0Public service announcement. Fraudulent accounts are being opened with Verizon. A fraudulent account was opened under my husbands name. They are not requiring ID and when you report to their fraud department (who are evidently getting a lot of reports) they refuses to fix the issue. Even when you go to the store they refuse to fix the issue. I highly recommend being on alert in regards to anything Verizon related. We do not have, or want an account with Verizon, but now they refuse to stop calling us "Customers".
