Austin worked with my Aunt and I to get her added to my plan. I live another state away but he made the whole process so easy and even got us additional discounts, even though I met the max discount of 4 or more people on our plan, he managed to find something! He was extremely kind and helpful!

This review is about Verizon’s backend porting system and customer support, not the local store staff.
I transferred 4 lines to Verizon around Christmas 2025. All devices were received and activated at the same time. One line failed to port correctly and ended up active on both networks simultaneously.
I contacted Verizon support in early January. I was told everything was fine and to wait. From that point on, I had to repeatedly chase updates myself. Multiple chats were auto-closed with no resolution.
Around January 20, the app showed the transfer was canceled and my number was suddenly attached to a completely different, random number without my consent. No explanation. No proactive communication. Just silence.
I sent the transfer PIN and account details again when asked. Another agent confirmed it was escalated and told me to wait 4–24 hours. That deadline passed. The line still cannot receive calls.
This has been weeks of downtime, confusion, and wasted time chasing support. I did everything Verizon asked. The failure is entirely in their porting system and internal coordination.
I don’t expect perfection. I expect accountability and clear communication. This experience has been neither.

We went into this store to take advantage of a trade in offer we saw on the app for our phones. We waited in the queue and when it was finally our turn - the employee was super unhelpful and basically told us we had to do it ourselves through the app. When we asked questions - like are we going to lose applied discounts - he was gave non answers. He trult was just unwilling to sit with us and walk though the process and started helping others in the queue. Was unable to speak to plan changes and differences in our billing. What’s the point of having a store with employees if you’ll be asked to do everything yourself though the app anyways. They talked us into giving up our Disney plus bundle and said it’d only be a 10 dollar difference but it’s actually a 30 dollar difference. So now we have new phones, a higher bill, and are scrambling trying to fix Disney plus and Netflix bundles.

Absolutely horrendous service at this location. The representative that assisted us was condescending, combative and grossly unprofessional. Not only was he incapable of providing basic level technical support, but he also felt inclined to lecture and belittle a 92-year-old woman. Plenty of other representatives were available and could overhear our conversation, but no one else offered assistance.
