Because I was in Knoxville TN the next day I stopped in to see about making an appointment & get a real quote. I was told I had to schedule an appointment online, so I left. The next day I was in Morristown TN & stopped into that location & was told I needed to schedule an appointment online BUT he was kind enough to give me a "real quote" of $1,031.17 because they "have to recalibrate our rain sensor for the windshield!!! I have used Safelite once before & was satisfied; now, especially with the damn internet, it's not easy to do business. Anyway, that night I got a quote by phone with a real person (Chip's Auto Glass) for about $400. and made an appointment for tomorrow. That's my experience.
