I had an absolutely horrible experience with a sales associate at the Parkside drive location on 11/22 around 3-3:30pm. This man was the rudest unhelpful and disrespectful sales associate I’ve ever come into contact with. He raised his voice at me multiple times. Seemed very disinterested in helping me since I was not looking to buy something, as I just needed help with a problem. He did not provide helpful feedback, and did not try to help find solutions to help a longterm loyal customer. I am very disappointed in Verizon for hiring someone who treats their customers like this. I will continue my business with Verizon but this man’s attitude and disrespect towards the company’s customers needs to be addressed by management.

Drove all the way from Sweetwater to the Knoxville Store. Very Glad I did. Much More Helpful and Friendly than the Store we Normally go to , Only Because it was close by. From now on we will travel back to the Turkey Creek Facility. Thanks Again. Great Job.
