    I am so pleased with Verizon/Cellular Sales right now! I was lucky enough to receive assistance from Loyd Bonner. I am not joking when I say that this is by far the best customer service I have ever encountered anywhere, period!!! First of all, my issue was as convoluted as can be. Malfunctioning iPhone, no working touchscreen, 3 different phones and iPhone accounts on a single plan, all the same model of phone. I was in need of a new phone under warranty, and this was all a rush because my phone is required for work. Loyd met my problem with a level of grace, understanding and skill that I have never experienced, and had the patience of a saint the whole time. He helped me transfer my phone data (juggling activation between the three accounts) so I wouldn’t be without my primary account while I waited on my phone replacement. He not only figured out a solution that worked best for me, but he advocated strongly for all of my needs with customer support the whole time. He did not give up, even when obstacles were abundant. While interacting with customer support, I heard him asking lots of questions so he could learn and understand how to handle these scenarios for future customers. He never handed me off to someone else. He stretched his hours to be available to assist with my problem, and even identified a secondary area he could assist with regarding improving my Verizon account set-up, without my prompt. I am just astounded! Verizon, this man might actually be a genius, and is definitely a good guy! I hope this company knows what a gem they have working for them!!! Loyd also helped me at the Chapman Hwy location when my new phone arrived, so I’m going to leave a review there, too! It’s the least I can do for the best customer service rep on the planet! Thank you, Loyd! Merry Christmas! You made mine so much better!

    we have been lied to from day one about our service and bill. signed up on may 8th and got a bill 2 weeks later for well over what our monthly payment was to be and we hadnt even turned in our trade in phones because they screwed up the transfer of data.. have called and lied to 13 times about straightening out our bill. we were charged for items we didnt request or agree to as well . now they haver suspended our service without cause saying our bill is past due! yet we have been over charged for 4 months by $100. bad people and bad business! Beware!

    My Fiance was treated very poorly by Kevin on Saturday evening 8/9/2025 - he was more interested in closing and going home rather than helping her - she had gone in to buy another phone since her phone had just died - he told her the phone was $1,200 we later found out it was $600 and even refused to let her go to her car to get her drink by threatening her that she would be locked out!!!!!!! I want the Store Manager to call me back personally and explain to me why they allow such behavior - If the store can't even hold the door for you while you get a drink then what good are you? I do not know how long Kevin has been in Sales but I can guarantee you that NOBODY we know will ever go to this store - You expect the Women in your life to be treated with respect and not like they are 3rd class people because they are women and soft spoken - Furthermore she went back today for some help and Another associate told her that they can't stop to help customers cause others need help - My Fiance will file a claim - due to her ADA rights being violated and bring treated poorly because of her visual impairment - Anyone wanting a phone should consider another carrier or store - this place is Awful to customers!!!! - Tushar Shah
