we have been lied to from day one about our service and bill. signed up on may 8th and got a bill 2 weeks later for well over what our monthly payment was to be and we hadnt even turned in our trade in phones because they screwed up the transfer of data.. have called and lied to 13 times about straightening out our bill. we were charged for items we didnt request or agree to as well . now they haver suspended our service without cause saying our bill is past due! yet we have been over charged for 4 months by $100. bad people and bad business! Beware!

My Fiance was treated very poorly by Kevin on Saturday evening 8/9/2025 - he was more interested in closing and going home rather than helping her - she had gone in to buy another phone since her phone had just died - he told her the phone was $1,200 we later found out it was $600 and even refused to let her go to her car to get her drink by threatening her that she would be locked out!!!!!!! I want the Store Manager to call me back personally and explain to me why they allow such behavior - If the store can't even hold the door for you while you get a drink then what good are you? I do not know how long Kevin has been in Sales but I can guarantee you that NOBODY we know will ever go to this store - You expect the Women in your life to be treated with respect and not like they are 3rd class people because they are women and soft spoken - Furthermore she went back today for some help and Another associate told her that they can't stop to help customers cause others need help - My Fiance will file a claim - due to her ADA rights being violated and bring treated poorly because of her visual impairment - Anyone wanting a phone should consider another carrier or store - this place is Awful to customers!!!!

I often do reviews and the large majority of them are 4 - and 5- star reviews, but I will make an exception for this store. I have gotten the run around repeatedly and have been told incorrect things numerous times, and no one takes responsibility for the errors. Some of the problem is with Verizon itself and its policies, but some of the blame lies solely on this store.

If I could give zero stars I would. I picked up my internet equipment from this store. Upgraded equipment at another store. Was told needed to take old equipment back to this store to return it. Tried to do that and they told me they would not take it had to mail it in. So I did. Then two months later got charged for equipment . Contacted support and was told the charge was from this store for non return of equipment. Told support they told me to mail it back. Which they looked up and confirmed it had been received. Customer support messaged me all the info to take to the store for them to reverse the charge. When I went to the store MR MANBUN with his cute little armband was extremely rude right from the rip. Tried to show him the messages with the information given to me. Again MR MANBUN wasn’t having any of it. Beside the fact I just recently moved over two hours away from this store and was not going to be in the area again for quite sometime. It took all I had to not grab him by his MANBUN. But I kept my cool for not liking the taste of jail food.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Do not recommend this store to my enemy.
