- JCJeremy ColeJan 1, 20261.0Came in to the store, spent nearly 400 dollars,I was guaranteed 3 months of free unlimited service,got home and checked the total wireless website and found out I only got 2 months of free service. I called the next day in a respectful manner to ask the manager what happened and instead of talking to me with the same respect,he screamed at me. He was screaming so loud and fast I couldn't even understand what he was saying. I was lied to,I was a good customer spending a lot of money with them and I was treated unprofessionally. Wish I had spent my money somewhere else but at this moment,it is what it is. My advice,try another provider. I was guaranteed one thing,got home and found out it was completely different. Not to mention they had a young girl that didn't know what she was doing running the store and she entered all my information, email accounts,pin,and name incorrectly into the system and I couldn't get into my account. I couldn't even get into my voicemail because she set the pin incorrectly. My voicemail was already set up when I got the phone with a incorrect pin number and I had to continue to call the store and speak to the same manager that screamed at me to get directions to get it unlocked. What a nightmare!
