Geek Squad technicians traveled out from Knoxville to Crossville to install my new products. The technicians that came to my office were kind, knowledgeable and worked with great skill to install my new HP wireless printer/scanner. They were efficient and did a great job training me on how to use my new equipment, I appreciate them and the quality of their work. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a Geek Squad technician come inspect my Samsung TV under Best Buy’s protection plan, and during the visit he pressed on the screen, causing it to crack, emit smoke, and nearly start a fire. The technician even said, “I’ve never seen that happen before.” My husband and I were left with a room full of smoke, a completely unusable TV, and later both became sick from the exposure.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Best Buy and Sedgwick continue to deny responsibility—calling it “pre-existing damage”—even though the safety hazard occurred only after their technician’s actions. I’ve provided photos, videos, and detailed documentation, but no one at Best Buy has taken accountability.
This was not just poor service—it was dangerous and unprofessional. Be cautious if you ever allow Geek Squad into your home for service.

I never post negative stuff about places I usually just skip them all together but I feel the need to rate this place poorly. The most unprofessional and rude geeksquad members I've ever seen in my life. Please if you need your iPhone fixed or whatever phone it is take it anywhere but here.

I brought my computer in because it was slow and had mouse issues, and from the beginning they had terrible customer service, requiring multiple phone calls to actually pick up etc., to the point where I wouldn't have even brought it in if I didn't have a warranty there. They didn't even put it in their system for 2-3 days, and then several days later they say they needed to send it off to have the track pad fixed. Fine. Then, well over a week later, I get my laptop back only to find out they had deigned to replace the hard drive without notifying or consulting with me in any way, which of course lost all my data; they act like this is a completely normal way to behave.
And then, as if to add insult to injury, I get it home to discover the mouse is still malfunctioning; of course that doesn't matter because it crashed and got stuck in an automatic repair loop after 24 entire hours.
This ranks among the worst customer experiences I've ever had at any businesses, tech related or otherwise; I would recommend everyone take their computers literally anywhere elsewhere, whether or not they've already purchased their warranty.
