They changed it, gave me the wrong area code, and tried to make me pay to have it changed AGAIN to get the right area code. Needless to say I'm stuck with the wrong area code and when my family calls me it's considered long distance calling on their bill... NO IM NOT HAPPY AND WILL PROBABLY SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!

Katrina couldn't fix the matter and called customer service which I've already tried to do. Instead of asking any of the questions she told me I have to wait 29 days to reactivate my service. The entire time this was happening she was trimming her nails which is both gross and rude when interacting with a customer. I've since switched carriers, saved money, and don't have nail clippings shot at me
