    Really disappointing return experience. I received an item for Christmas that quit working within a few weeks. Best Buy's return policy is poor enough that I will go straight to the item manufacturer or Amazon in future. Even with a receipt, we could not get a replacement of the item. It's not Best Buy's problem anymore. If I can't get a replacement at Best Buy of an item that quits working within 5 weeks, I may as well save myself time and trouble and buy straight from the source. My friend had the same issue recently with a television that was a Christmas gift. It quit working soon after the holiday. She was told by CS to return it to store, the store told her she couldn't and sent her to another CS phone line. It took over a week and multiple visits to the store to work out that they were indeed responsible for at least sending the television off for repair. It's too much trouble to deal with.

    Huge applause and thank you to BestBuy customer service supervisors Matt B. and Jahmali J. I had a huge one off issue with home delivery for the 48" cooktop replacement. Matt went above and beyond to find the solution to the issue, working with BestBuy Distribution center. He also clearly communicated and involved Jahmali into the process to insure the successful outcome of the replacement. Not going to tell the whole story but otherwise I would be without stove for another month waiting for the new shipment.

    I bought my ASUS ROG laptop from this Best Buy and had to have the keyboard replaced after maybe 18 months. Unfortunately, when "repairing" my laptop, they managed to create two new problems: my keyboard LEDs no longer work, and my speakers often malfunction and sound like they're heavily muffled, underwater, or something, until I restart, something that never happened before the keyboard replacement. I could probably bring it back to be fixed, but then I'm without a computer for 2 more weeks while they fix the problems they created. I think I'll just be taking my devices somewhere else for maintenance, next time.

    I purchased a big-ticket item from the Knoxville store and paid for delivery and setup. On the scheduled delivery day, my order was suddenly cancelled. The online tracker showed the driver at the wrong location, even though the address displayed was correct. When I called customer service, the first representative explained that a truck had broken down, which I understood. I was then transferred to another representative, who told me the driver reported an incorrect address. She verified that the address on file was accurate. She also said the driver claimed he attempted to call me, which he did—but when I returned the call about ten minutes later (three attempts), there was no answer. Soon after, the tracker stopped updating and I was told I would need to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule, the earliest available date was a full week later. I had planned to purchase two additional big-ticket items from Best Buy, but after this experience, I’m reconsidering due to the poor customer service
