He said he can’t go that long without a phone. They said “sorry we don’t have anymore loaner phones available.” (I don’t believe this.) so instead of even trying harder (I mean it’s a PHONE STORE) don’t tell me you don’t have a phone he can borrow for 5 days. You sent out a man over 70 without a phone who has a health history of passing out and needing medical attention. How will he call for help? What if he breaks down on the side of the road? I feel like the associate could have done more and flat out just didn’t care. I am a very angry daughter cornered for her dad’s safety and feel he was taken advantage of. These young “hip” employees don’t care about our elderly. 😡

The staff here are fantastic—always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient no matter how busy it gets. And that’s saying something, because this place is a madhouse at all times. Still, despite the constant chaos, the employees manage to keep things moving efficiently and deliver great customer service. If you need help or a repair, it’s definitely worth the trip—just be prepared for the crowds!
