  There is no customer service since you can't speak to anyone. Voicemail is always full at Chapman Hwy location and 800 number customer sewvice sucks majorly. Hispanic girl at Chapman Hwy location is rude and absolutely not helpful. But great at passing the buck!!!!

  There is one employee who is always dismissive of me a senior when I go in , perhaps because my phone is old & she wants to always sell me a new one , I have an android phone but I don't want to lose my information & she says there is no way to keep it , needs to be more concerned & friendly sometimes especially to a man in his 70's who is not really tech savvy
