  Worst service ever in this store I’m a collector for cards and I usually get them but whenever I come in this store they are just plain out rude and disrespectful to everyone even normal people and they have the slowest service of all time because now they have to wait forever for 1 thing or just their nobody there

  You absolutely cannot call the store, you have to jump through hoops to get the AI to connect you to an offshore call center that cannot help you. Best buy's going bankrupt, buy puts with your stock trader.

  On March 17, 2026, 2:45pm I entered Best Buy store #000169 and requested a manager by name to resolve an appliance ordered by mistake for the correct one. I waited at the front desk at the front entrance. As the manager approached, I walked towards this person and tripped then fell from a mat hitting the floor right knee first then my right arm/elbow caught the remainder of the fall. Best Buy did an incident report and brought an ice pack for elbow and knee. The correct appliance was ordered. I left the store. Why Best Buy had this oversized mat that blocked the entrance is unknown. This is a hazard. No one from Best Buy contacted me though they have my phone number from the incident report. On 3-26-26 Best Buy contacted me and offered $100 credit to shop.

  Edit: Don't waste your time talking to the Best Buy representative that will reply to your review. They do absolutely nothing. They will "ensure the issue is pushed to store management" and "they can understand how it would be frustrating". Bare minimum damage control lol. I've had 2 bad experiences at this best buy. The 2nd experience was worse so I'm putting it first. I went in to get a high end game monitor and a $2100 LG TV. I had just gotten off work (renovating homes) and was in my work clothes that have a few stains and some dust. I was avoided by every single employee. I stood by the game monitors watching 6 employees help customers and deliberately skip over me. I actually thought it was funny because usually I would've made it an issue but wanted to see how far they would take it. I stood in the exact same spot for a timed 35 minutes just looking around without a single employee asking if I needed help. Stood 35 minutes in one of their busiest departments. Not one employee talked to me. I assume they thought I was poor due to my clothes and judged me. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. The 1st experience was when me and my wife went in to get something for our house. Immediately we were greeted by "Can we help you?" "How are you today?" "What can we do for you?" Just proves the issue above was based on my "poor" appearance. On the way through the store we saw a lego set display and one of them was very cute so we grabbed it. Upon taking it to the till to check out we were told it wasn't supposed to be on the shelves to be sold until tomorrow. So they couldn't sell it to us. Just massively disappointing as the lego was something special to our family. They also admitted it had been brought up by several other people that day. We purchased it from Walmart as soon as we left. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 cause we wouldn't have known about the lego set had it not been for the Best Buy employees negligence.

  Purchased a Maytag washer recently and had it delivered last week. My oldest daughter was at home and she said the guys rushed through the installation. They started the washer and then immediately left. Shortly after, my daughter heard loud banging and water splashing, The whole washer full of water dumped onto my floor. I assumed it was defective, but later discovered that they had not leveled it, and didn’t even attached the drainage hose to the washer itself, so the whole washer full of water, just poured out the back of the washer onto my floor-totally unacceptable. And they set the washer on top of the electrical cord. Hopefully they’ll be more efficient next time. Waiting to see how I am compensated. We needed to wash clothing to go on vacation for spring break, so this added a huge amount of stress and unnecessary work to my already busy schedule.
