Drew, an associate here had me leaving the store under the assumption I couldn’t transfer devices to a new plan. So I left the store under the impression I just needed to change services. Left the store and instead of letting me know he created account for me I find out a month later after I had turned the devices to the original owners he had then transferred to my name and an account created without letting me know. Stuck with two phones bills now. The service is overpriced and billing is never consistent.
