Absolutely horrendous experience from Tanner I think it was. I’ve never experienced a more dishonest employee in my life. Went to upgrade two phones for a family plan. He claimed our upgrades come with free Apple Watches. We already had old apple watches but said sure since they were free. We asked probably 3 or 4 times if it was actually free and this Tanner guy assured us it was free. When he was adding what we wanted on our watch we insisted we didn’t want the cellular service for the watch since we don’t use it and the monthly cost wasn’t worth it. Got everything sorted thought it was good. Realized after two payments we were getting charged for two extra lines $40 a month for the watches. Went there and this Tanner said the watches were only free if we got the cellular service and said we misunderstood him. Absolutely unbelievable after we told him explicitly we didn’t want any cellular service. Then he says we cant do anything about it because its been over a month since we restructured the plan? I mean unbelievable, Tanner is a liar, disgraceful, and should be fired for taking advantage and being dishonest to customers. Shameful

terrible. DO NOT GO HERE!! My husband went to purchase an apple watch. Transaction went through and the employee texted an hour later after we got home asking us to come back in to the store tomorrow. They had ran the transaction wrong and typed in the wrong amount on the account. My husband wanted to pay for the entire thing upfront. They somehow took his money and then we were still being charged for it on the bill as well. Paying double for one thing. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Joey Acosta was the first sales representative I saw when I walked into the North Roan Verizon Store. My i-phone 12 was not holding a charge well so he kindly offered to take to a look. He did tell me about the 17 Pro offer which I did purchase. As soon as I got home I told my husband about the great deal for the 17 Pro and the following day he purchased the same phone. We appreciated Joey being a well trained sales' rep that helped us select a phone that will better fit our needs.
