Transaction went through and the employee texted an hour later after we got home asking us to come back in to the store tomorrow. They had ran the transaction wrong and typed in the wrong amount on the account. My husband wanted to pay for the entire thing upfront. They somehow took his money and then we were still being charged for it on the bill as well. Paying double for one thing. DO NOT GO HERE!!

My i-phone 12 was not holding a charge well so he kindly offered to take to a look. He did tell me about the 17 Pro offer which I did purchase. As soon as I got home I told my husband about the great deal for the 17 Pro and the following day he purchased the same phone. We appreciated Joey being a well trained sales' rep that helped us select a phone that will better fit our needs.

Confirmed in stock of exactly what I wanted: full retail price and the make/model/color/etc. Drive approximately a hour. Arrived at store and different rep then told me he couldn't sell me a phone at this phone store. (Have to sign up for a phone plan, which is no good for X-Mas gift) Total waste of time and gas.
