IbwishvI could remember the Salesmans name however for management, young, curly dark short hair and wears glasses, Amazing. He went out to our truck and helped my husband connect his phone by turning on something so it would connect. He also helped me do a refund with no issues. He showed us multiple plans to determine the best one for our family and gave us a lot of information including discounts we were eligible for. He did not push and we even left to discuss plans and came back. He was patient and knowledgeable even when there were issues changing one of the phones over to Verizon. I highly recommend seeing Josh - the bundle he created for us best any thing offered at competitors. A great experience!
