The so called manager lets the reps do whatever they want and screw customers accounts up in the process. EVERYONE IN THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Supposedly im no longer allowed on the property but i will anyway bc they messed up my account leaving me with a bill over 1k and and noone in the company will help. I hope they all lose there job.

The whole process took an hour and a half, which wasn’t an issue, but it’s ridiculous they don’t have a restroom for customers. Most of the staff stood in the back area, gossiping about other people in the vicinity. You don’t really feel like a priority as a customer at this store. Props to Dylan though, he did an excellent job assisting me with switching my service.
