    This store is known for hiding and adding cellphones to people’s accounts. Verizon it self will not refund your money back. Make sure you write down the name of the sales representative’s that handle your Phone. If you continue to have these problems contact Washington county sheriff department or your local sheriff department of the fraudulent charges.

    The manager is pretentious as can be. He was rude to me, a customer and saw him be nasty to his own rep, and even some Samsung employees in store. Had a billing issue after the sale of a phone and he was less than helpful. You can tell who the manager is, he is the cocky one that walks around with his chest out. This isn't your failed sports career, you are here to service customers.

    I cannot believe the customer service and experience I had yesterday. I went in for a phone upgrade and transfer... First and foremost I had that all these questions about the specs/GB of the phone to see if would suit me. The lady who was the representative/agent did not fulfill those questions along with the billing questions. She was very short, timid and unsure. Even the store manager came up to her and see if she was okay and she responded yes. She wasn't. After purchasing the phone I asked for a transfer because that's what I believe a normal customer will want. The agent responded saying I can do it from home and I express my concerns why I didn't want to do it at home and then she followed up with well we have 3 minutes to close and we can't do that. I was in shock. I bought a brand new phone from that store and have the indecency to tell me no even being with Verizon for way over a decade. That's not even the worst part. The store staff made it known that they were closing; shutting the window gates and locking the doors while I was in the store. Once I left the store I got a notification text saying that I'm getting charge $2200 for canceling 8 lines?! All I did in that store is to buy a NEW PHONE and upgrade! To Shorten this. I had to call another Verizon store explain the situation. Had to run over there before they close to fix all this and they did say the agent that I was consulting with put the cancellation on there. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe something so simple made a huge mess. And by the end of it I didn't even get my phone activated. So I will be going to the other location. With this being a corporate store, there should be higher standards which they are not achieving them.
