- GRGina ReddinSep 28, 20251.0They wrote the password incorrectly to get into my computer. I told them I had very important files regarding a customers project and had a hard deadline which will cost me several hundreds of dollars in revenue. They NEVER called me.. I had to call the 800 number so they could tell them to contact me. Then they sent me a number with an extension. So I call the number and it never accepts the pound to put in the extension. I finally get hold of the national number again and they said that the stores have cut off access to contact the stores directly. This is terrible customer service.
