David P. Is a fantastic asset to your company. He is a shining example of 5 star service. My sister and I were there today for help with her phone which had not been upgraded in a few years. David was remarkably patient as we asked questions and looked at options and took the time to explain anytime we were unclear or had questions. We were so impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge. We are thankful for professionals like David who take pride in their job, their company, and their commitment to service and to their customers.

Never do their bridgepay option. They will not explain anything about it other than it splits your bill in half and pay the other half in 7 days. 10-10 I did bridgepay and thought I had the autopay on. 10-17 comes and goes, 10-18 comes and goes. Service still on. No reminders or anything sent like they usually do. They cut my phone lines off 10-19. And I try to fix it by paying the other half, and they say I don't owe half. I owe a whole month. These people robbed me blind and refused to credit me for the lost half. Both their store and customer service refused to help. I will never use their phone lines again !

The workers at this store take time to answer your questions. They make sure before you leave you are happy with the service and plan you choose. David is very knowledgeable and is easy to talk to he takes time to understand any concerns you have.

Excellent service, superior knowledge, kind and patient help. I cannot say enough about this Cricket location. David has helped me sort out issues with my phone twice. He treats every single customer with dignity and kindness while solving all manner of problems and providing exceptional customer service.
