- TVThomas VondranMar 9, 20241.0Went in to get a type c adapter and type c charging cord. Sold me the wrong cord (2 micro USB). I had incorrectly assumed that they new the equipment better than myself that they sell and let them collect it and ring it up at the register. Attempted to come in and exchange it or return it for the correct one the next day with an unopened package. However they refused. They do not tell you that they do not accept exchanges or returns even on unopened packages. I do believe they purposely sold me the incorrect item to just move their stock. Do not recommend this store. The same manager runs and operates the other stores in the area. Recommend go with a different phone service if this is how they do customers
